Emily's Guiltless PBJ Shake

Emily's PBJ Shake

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon organic peanut butter
1 scoop of protein powder
1 Tablespoon ground flax
3/4 cup of almond milk
1 cup of berries 
10 ice cubes

Blend until smooth
Enjoy :)
